I highly recommend this house and host to future guests.. The host was friendly and available at anytime she was needed. She answered my questions promptly. Check in went smoothly. The house was comfortable and very clean. A Beautiful home. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Our town is divided by sections, the K section is more secluded and less hectic than the other main sections. The peace that provides drew me to this neighborhood

What makes this property unique

It is a few minutes away from 2 main roads in town, Belle Terre and US1 that can lead you both into town or other near by cities such as Ormond Daytona or St. Augustine in as little at 30 min. Although secluded still close to major shopping centers including Target TJ max Ross BJs along with many restaurants. Again it is only 10-15 minutes for the beach and lastly Although it will be Co-occupied by long term tenant each room and space in listing is PRIVATE, not shared by any means.
