Why they chose this property
Palm Coast is a great community. It has many beaches very close to my house. Most of the beaches from Palm Coast to St. Augustine are pet friendly. St. Augustine is a beautiful city, the oldest city in the United States with a beautiful architecture and plenty of things to do. I am only 25 minutes away from St. Augustine.
What makes this property unique
Brand new property, all new appliances, designer furniture and modern paintings. Power by the sun for those of you that want to protect th e environment while saving on electricity costs!
