Vacation home "3Floors" on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom in Lieper Winkel

It’s just a 120-meter walk from our holiday home to the Peenestrom, and a 20-minute drive to the Kaiserbäder. We’re from Franconia in Bavaria and love this wonderful getaway on Usedom!


01 Floor
The heart of the home—an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area with plenty of natural light. The large floor-to-ceiling window by the dining table is the highlight. The previous owners did a wonderful, comprehensive renovation. The house is fully and lovingly furnished. Just take a look at the photos... You enter through a small foyer (windbreak) with a coat rack and shoe rack.

02 Floor
On the second floor, there is a separate toilet, a shower room with a washing machine and dryer, and a bedroom with a double bed and a separate single bed that can be converted into a double. There’s also a cosy reading chair with a footstool to put your feet up. A TV is provided as well.


03 Floor
This is the “Pirate Room.” That’s what the previous owners called it, and we’re happy to keep the name. It fits so perfectly. It’s an L-shaped room with sloped ceilings, a view of the water, and lots of attention to detail. In the left wing, there’s a single bed that can be pulled out to become a double bed (1.60). Another bed in the other wing on industrial casters (a French double bed, 1.40) is available for flexible use. There’s also a play kitchen for children.

With a lawn, paved area, bench, patio furniture, grill, and fire pit.
