Wir haben uns gut erholt, die Sauna genutzt, sind Fahrrad gefahren u im Schlick gewandert, auch schwimmen war möglich, die Hofläden rundum haben uns gefallen.

Schöne fewo, gut ausgestattet. Die Geräte haben leider z.T.etwas Wartungsbedarf (Kaffeemaschine und Herd). Toll, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war. Bezaubernd waren die Häschen :)

Top Unterkunft mit einem ABER

An dem Interieur der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen und von innen lässt das Haus keine Wünsche offen. Es ist luxuriös und sehr sauber. Die Lage, nur 5 Min. über den Deich zum Watt. Leider 20 km von SPO entfernt, wo die meisten Aktivitäten sind. Unglücklich war, dass das Grundstück nicht umzäunt u. die gesamte Wohnanlage von einer Kaninchenplage betroffen ist. Somit konnte unser Hund nie in den Garten, da ständig bis zu 11 Kaninchen durch den Garten huschen. An sich ganz niedlich aber sie buddeln sich auch hörbar durch den Kies unter die Häuschen und unser Hund spielte fast jede Nacht verrückt. Davon stand leider nirgendwo etwas. Bei den Kosten für die Unterkunft in Höhe von knapp 2.300 Euro für 13 Tage ist es für mich allerdings nicht nachvollziehbar, dass der Strom separat abgerechnet wird. Das hatte ich bislang in keiner Ferienwohnung so gehabt. Zudem wird ein Kwh mit 0,45 Cent abgerechnet. Ortsüblich sind ca. 0,30 Cent/ Kwh. Stromkosten stehen im "Kleingedruckten" ganz unten und sind leider nicht in den Zusatzkosten vermerkt. Daher bei der Buchung von uns übersehen. Da ich nachträgliche und nicht kalkulierbare Kosten ablehne, wäre dies ein Ausschlusskriterium für die Buchung gewesen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung aber sehr wohl gefühlt, da sie gemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Bei intensiver Nutzung der Sauna und der anderen großen Verbraucher wie Waschmaschine, Ofen und elektrischen Heizkörpern sind wir nun auf die Stromrechnung gespannt.
