**Welcome**<br>At the “Kutterhafen 2” holiday home, you’ll immediately feel the proximity to the North Sea—fresh air, the cries of seagulls, and the sound of the waves. The house is part of the newly built harbour village in Fedderwardersiel and features a modern design, cosy furnishings, and an open-concept layout with a loft. <br><br>**Living & Relaxing**<br>In the spacious living area with a wood-burning stove, you can relax wonderfully—whether with a book, a film, or simply gazing out at the view. The open kitchen with a large dining table is fully equipped and invites you to enjoy meals together. A comfortable sleeper sofa is available for additional sleeping arrangements. Floor-to-ceiling windows and the loft create a bright, open atmosphere. From the covered terrace with sunshades, you can enjoy sunny breakfasts or relaxing evenings outdoors.<br><br>**Sleeping**<br>Two separate bedrooms with cosy box-spring beds guarantee restful nights. One of the rooms is also equipped with a TV. Blackout pleated blinds and large windows let in light during the day and ensure peace and quiet at night.<br><br>**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**<br>The modern bathroom on the upper floor features a sauna, shower, and bathtub—ideal for your personal time-out. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor rounds out the amenities.<br><br>**Family-Friendly**<br>The entire house is equipped with comfortable underfloor heating. Wi-Fi is included. A lockable room for bicycles or sports equipment is available to you, as is a private parking space right next to the house.
