The outdoor dining area and barbecue are ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings and meals outdoors.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with direct access to the pool, a modern kitchen with a dining area, a fitness zone, and one bathroom. The three bedrooms are located upstairs, one with an en-suite bathroom, the second with a double bed and balcony, and the third with two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom on the upper floor.Just 100 meters from the villa, there is a playground with swings, slides, and other equipment, making it an ideal choice for families with children. The town of Labin is only a 5-minute drive away, while Rabac, a popular tourist destination with organized beaches, restaurants, and bars, is just 4 km away. A very nice and relaxing Holiday

The Villa is very nice and looks exactly like the images online. It’s perfect for 6 person and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The very nice hostess was extremely polite and helpful.
