Holiday Apartment No. 91 at the Sünnslag Holiday Complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

You’ll be staying in a cosy and modern 3-room apartment on the 1st floor. For a relaxing holiday, you’ll have approximately 60 m² of space, including a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. The beach is about 400 m from the Sünnslag holiday resort.

You can access the south-east-facing, furnished balcony from the living area. From here, you can enjoy sunbathing with a view of the greenery. The living room is modernly furnished and features laminate flooring. The dining area is a great spot for the family to gather for meals together. The modern flat-screen TV and a radio provide entertainment.

The kitchen, which is integrated into the living area, is equipped with plenty of dishes, a 4-burner induction stove with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe for your clothes. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds.

A tiled shower room is also included. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed.

The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and feature a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and, in some cases, separate kitchens—providing a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
