Haus Schwalbennest is located right on the highly sought-after beach promenade in Zinnowitz.

Just a few steps away, you can enjoy the fine sand beneath your feet and the gentle sound of the ocean waves. A warm, family-friendly atmosphere awaits you here.

Haus Schwalbennest is available for booking annually from April 1 through October 30!

Our romantic wooden house was built around 1895 and has since been renovated and modernized with great attention to detail. Today, it is one of the historic landmarks in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz and dates back to the era when this unique spa architecture first emerged.

The house is located:
- 100 meters from the beach
- 200 meters from the pier and the center of Zinnowitz

We offer a total of 7 vacation apartments that you can book.

From the living room with its veranda, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the Baltic Sea, Oie Island, and the Vineta Pier. There is a beautiful bedroom with a shower room. The kitchen is integrated into the living room in this comfortable apartment.
We are happy to provide a travel crib for babies.

*Our vacation apartment No. 6 is dog-friendly. We ask that you notify us in advance.

*Vacation apartment No. 7 can also be booked as an option for your teenage children. If interested, please send us a message.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. The visitor’s tax has increased to €2.80 per person per night in 2024, and children aged 6 and older are unfortunately included starting in 2023. You’re welcome to review this information on the Zinnowitz website under “Kurabgabe” (visitor’s tax).
2. We do not provide bed linens or towels. You can book a linen package for €30 per person, which includes 1 set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, and 1 hand towel. We appreciate your understanding.
