Haus Schwalbennest is located right on the highly sought-after beach promenade in Zinnowitz.

Just a few steps away, you can enjoy the fine sand beneath your feet and the gentle sound of the ocean waves. A warm, family-friendly atmosphere awaits you here.

Haus Schwalbennest is available for booking annually from April 1 through October 30!

Our romantic wooden house was built around 1895 and has since been renovated and modernised with great attention to detail. Today, it is one of the historic landmarks in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz and dates back to the era when this unique resort architecture first emerged.

The house is located:
- 100 metres to the beach
- 200 metres to the pier and Zinnowitz town centre

We offer a total of 7 holiday apartments that you can book.

The comfortably furnished Holiday Apartment No. 3, which is approximately 35 m² in size, features a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen integrated into the living room, and a bathroom with a shower. Despite its location facing the land, this apartment is always very popular.
We’re happy to provide a travel cot for babies.

*Our holiday rental No. 6 is dog-friendly. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog.

*Holiday rental No. 7 can also be booked as an option for your teenage children. If interested, please send us a message.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. The visitor’s tax has increased to €2.80 per person per night in 2024, and children aged 6 and older are unfortunately included starting in 2023. You’re welcome to review this information on the Zinnowitz website under “Visitor’s Tax.”
2. We do not provide bed linens or towels. You can book a linens package for €30 per person, which includes 1 set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, and 1 hand towel. We appreciate your understanding.
