This was truly the best holiday stay experience I’ve ever had. I had a very negative holiday stay experience in the U.S. and didn’t plan to stay in one again, but my sister who lives in Germany encouraged me to try again instead of a hotel. I’m so glad I did.I stayed for three weeks, and from the start the hosts were amazing. During booking, a government shutdown was affecting flights, and the hosts were extremely responsive, understanding, and willing to work with me if travel became an issue. Thankfully, my flight was not impacted.Check-in instructions and directions were clear and accurate. The designated parking spot was conveniently located, and I always felt safe, even early in the morning. The listing photos were extremely accurate—honestly even better in person.The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped. The hosts truly thought of everything, including food in the freezer for late arrivals. The full kitchen, cookware, reusable shopping bags, washer and dryer with detergent, and ample towels made a long stay very comfortable. I also loved that the toilet was separate from the shower and tub area.The space felt warm, homey, and not like I was staying in someone else’s personal space. The location is excellent, with a mall, restaurants, parks, and shops within walking distance, plus a lovely outdoor seating area. The hosts were always available and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!!!
