900 meters from the Sea, garden, Wifi, air condition

Nestled in the pine forest of Poveromo, in Tuscany, is the holiday home Gianluca, which offers space for 7 persons, and a private garden with space to park two cars, eat and grill outdoors, or relax sunbathing. The house is only 900 metres from the sea, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot, or even less by bike.

Internally it is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- Kitchen with oven, cooking rings, microwave, dining table, moka and dishwasher.
- Living room with Sofa and TV.
- Lounge with TV and exit to the outdoor dining area.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom with door to the outside.


First floor:
- double bedroom with TV and air condition.
- bathroom with bath;
- Bedroom with double bed and single bed and air condition.

Internet WiFi available.
Pets allowed against a cleaning fee of €50 per week to be paid on the spot on arrival.
Air condition is not included and calculated on consuption at 0.80€ per kW. The consumption is checked via a device installed in the house and can be checked only via app.

The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), Final Cleaning, Pets, Tourist tax.
