Detached house on two floors with private external access. Lupori House is located in the historic center of Viareggio, 700 m from the port and 500 m from the promenade and the beach. Recently renovated, it offers modern and functional furnishings. A large living area with TV, a sofa bed for 2 people, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and laundry room. A small internal courtyard. Upstairs a large double bedroom and a second bedroom with a French bed. Large second bathroom with window.

Nice stay

Was very nice. Only the neighbourhood can be a bit noisy in the weekend but for the rest location, house and reception was great

Very nice stay in wonderful flat in Viareggio

Very easy check in, parking next to the flat. 10 minutes walk to the beach, everything as describe in internet . We enjoyed this stay in Viareggio

Tole Wohnung und Lage. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung sind typische italienische Restaurants und Cafés zu sehr fairen Preisen.

Schöne praktische Wohnung in Viareggio

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie ist sehr gut für 3 Personen geeignet. Unsere beiden Töchter (12 und 16 Jahre) konnten sich aber gut das zweite Doppelbett im kleineren Nebenzimmer teilen, so dass wir auch mit 4 Personen genügend Platz hatten. Die Wohnung ist trotz zentraler Lage in der Altstadt nicht allzu laut. Nachts ist es leise und man kann gut schlafen. Der Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Man kann für 20 Euro die Nacht direkt bei der Wohnung/Hotel parken. Es gibt aber auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe, der einem von dem sehr freundlichen Hotelpersonal genannt wird. Die Ansprechpartner im Hotel sind sehr nett und sprechen fließend Englisch, eine Mitarbeiterin ist sogar Deutsche. Es gibt zahlreiche, sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, die einem gerne von den Hotelmitarbeitern empfohlen werden. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann vielleicht, dass das Hotel/die Wohnung durch die Hafennähe in dem etwas ungepflegteren Teil von Viareggio liegen und die Gehwege dort nicht so sauber wie im übrigen Teil der Stadt sind. Auf der anderen Seite ist dort aber alles typisch italienisch, es gibt dort kleine unkomplizierte Cafes, eine sehr nette kleine Pizzeria mit 3 freundlichen älteren Damen und ist mitten in Italien!

Top in Lage

Super Wohnung für Familie mit 5 Personen. Voll im Leben von Viareggio, nicht ganz leise. Für den Preis wäre eine vollständigere und wertigere Küchen-/Kochausstattung angebracht.
