The Alte Friesenhaus is situated on a spacious 1,400-square-meter lot and offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. In the lovingly landscaped garden, you’ll find a variety of patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a beach chair—perfect for quiet moments in the fresh air. Your private parking spot is located right in front of the house. There’s also a garage for bicycles and a shared washing machine that you’re welcome to use.<br><br>The former barn of the Old Frisian House has been lovingly converted into a separate holiday home spanning two levels (ground floor and upper floor) and offers up to 6 guests plenty of space for a relaxing holiday.<br><br>The ground floor features a large, open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two beautiful terraces facing east and west. Also on this level are a shower room and a bedroom with a double bed.<br><br>A wide wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find three separate bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a sleeper sofa. Another shower room with natural light is also located on the upper floor.<br><br>A private parking space is available on the property, and there is even a wallbox for electric cars that can be used with an EC card.<br><br>In addition, the Alte Friesenhaus offers three more apartments: the “Unterm Reet” apartment, as well as the “Ost” and “West” apartments. There are riding stables and a golf course in town. The Wadden Sea is only about 1 km away, and the sandy beach on the west side of the island is about 13 km away—easily accessible even by bike.<br><br>MORSUM<br>A North Sea holiday with breathtaking nature.
