Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Rinse off any dirty dishes and leave them in the sink.
Please if you spill something on the floor clean it up there is a mop in the wash room.
Please do Not eat in the rooms or living room.
Please do not enter the home with sand and please dry off before entering the home.
Please do not use the towels for the beach they are for house use only.
Please do not put anything in the toilet other than toilet paper. If toilet gets clogged and I have to call out a plumber there will be a $150 fee to be paid to the plumber.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No sand inside the house please clean your self off before entering the home.
Each guest must sign a water waiver.
6 years old are prohibited from using the top bunk, adhering to Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
