Welcome to our beautiful holiday home right on the lake. Welcome to your holiday! Your hosts, Astrid and Maik, invite you to take a break from everyday life. A cosy outdoor terrace, a rustic fireplace, and Senftenberger Lake—just a short walk away—are just a few of the amenities you can enjoy during your stay in our holiday townhouse.

The holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 lovingly decorated bedrooms, all of which are equipped with TVs and large wardrobes. The first bedroom features a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The second bedroom has a special highlight in store for you: At the foot of the large double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) is a TV that rises at the touch of a button. The third bedroom features two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) that you can, of course, push together. To ensure your holiday gets off to a great start, we’ll make the beds for you free of charge.

Relax in the spacious bathroom and enjoy the cosy whirlpool with its unique colour display and numerous massage jets. If you’re in the mood for a little light entertainment, simply turn on the TV built into the mirror and unwind while watching your favourite show. Our comfort shower offers a wonderful experience with a unique colour display. Different jet settings help you unwind even more. The toilet with an integrated bidet and a small selection of toiletries also provide little moments of wellness. Take your time and treat yourself to a few extra minutes. If other guests need to use the bathroom, they can simply use the guest bathroom on the ground floor. By the way, you can safely leave your towels and hair dryer at home, leaving more room in your suitcase for an extra holiday outfit.

Prepare your favourite dishes in the modern, fully equipped kitchen-diner, featuring appliances from renowned brands. The best place to enjoy dessert is in our lounge area, where the sofas automatically transform into a sunbathing area. With a free Netflix account for our guests, you’ll experience evenings where you can forget about everyday life. The built-in fireplace completes the holiday atmosphere.

The highlight of our holiday home is the large outdoor terrace with plenty of seating and lounging options. The hot tub invites you to relax—not just in the summer. The built-in heating function provides warmth and comfort even when temperatures are low. Here, too, you can enjoy a play of colours and numerous massage jets. The barbecue fireplace ensures cosy evenings. In addition to quiet moments by the fire, enjoy succulent grilled dishes. Thanks to the built-in pot, you can also prepare hearty soups right over the flames.

Discover the Lusatian Lake District up close. Just 50 metres away, you’ll find the beautiful beach promenade, complete with a swimming area and the option to go surfing. Stroll along the waterfront together, discover numerous small cafés and restaurants, or relax at the nearby wellness hotel, which features a sauna and massage services.

• An additional linen change can be booked for a fee.
• A high chair is available for toddlers. Please bring your own travel cot.
• Free parking is available for two cars. Additional parking is available nearby.
• Bicycles can be parked on the terrace. The gate to the outdoor terrace can be locked.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday home. Please use the outdoor terrace for this purpose.
• A charging station for electric cars is located approximately 100 m from the house.

From mid-March to the end of October each year, the city of Senftenberg charges a visitor’s tax.
