Ferienhaus Backhaus - Ferienwohnungen Am Alten Backhaus

This detached holiday home was newly built in 2017 and features modern amenities. It offers two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a loft that sleeps up to four people, and a living room with a sleeper sofa, fireplace, and TV. The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. A bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the amenities.

Right next to the house, you’ll find a terrace with seating and a grill—perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors. Four-legged companions are welcome: One pet is welcome to stay; please contact the landlord in advance regarding additional pets.

To ensure a pleasant stay, we ask that you follow the house rules.


Information for guests travelling with dogs:
- Dogs must be specified at the time of booking
- Multiple dogs are permitted upon consultation with the landlord
- There is a fee for dogs
- Amenities: Food and water bowls are provided
- Dogs are allowed in all rooms and common areas
- The property is fenced; the garden is available for use
- Dogs do not need to be on a leash on the property, but please be considerate of other guests
- Forests, meadows, and a lake are within walking distance

The holiday apartments were newly built in August 2013 and completely renovated in 2025.
All holiday apartments are equipped with a modern built-in kitchen featuring a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a flat-screen TV. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, towels and bed linens are provided. 
All rooms are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.
Each apartment has a spacious terrace with patio furniture and a sun umbrella. There is also a parking space on the property.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

From mid-March through the end of October each year, the city of Senftenberg charges a visitor’s tax.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
