## Pet Policy

We love dogs and welcome well-behaved small dogs, as they are the best fit for the guesthouse.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, dogs must:

* Be house-trained
* Be friendly and well-socialized
* Not be excessive barkers
* Remain on a leash while outdoors (per Florida law)
* Be cleaned up after at all times
* Never be left unattended in the guesthouse
* Be registered and included in your reservation before arrival

Please note that additional cleaning and preparation are required after hosting pets. A daily pet fee applies for each dog, so be sure to include your pet when making your reservation.
