This home is supplied by a private well and is equipped with a water softener. While the water is suitable for bathing and everyday household use, we recommend drinking bottled water during your stay.

Septic System:
This home is on a septic system. Please flush only human waste . Do not flush wipes (including those labeled "flushable"), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, cotton swabs, or any other items, as they can damage the septic system and result in costly repairs.

A hidden gem

The house was clean and comfortable. Close to Shamrock Park and beaches. Restaurants close by are excellent. Bikes tennis rackets were nice to have. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Was a nice stay. Lots of things to do. Very nice park just down the road( walking distance). The beach was wonderful, found many sharks teeth. The pool was so relaxing. Spent most of our time there. Pool wasn’t as clean as we’d like. Needed to be vacuumed on the bottom. Would stay here again.

AWESOME STAY!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house is just perfect for 3-4 people. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it very much. The team managing the home was helpful and available for all questions. Only thing that stood out was the patio door to the backyard needs some updating/maintenance as it sticks a bit. And maybe a little bigger trash can in the kitchen. Downside was that we had to leave and come back home. We will definitely be trying to book this again!

Excellent location and house

We chose this house because of its location to Casperson beach before k owing that the beach roads in that area are gone due to hurricanes. That being said, we still loved staying in this home. Well stocked and great location. Our only negative is that the door to the backyard / pool area almost fell totally off the track the first time we tried to open! We opted to not even try to open after the first attempt and not use the pool area at all.

This was a wonderful little house. It was clean and decorated beautifully. Make sure you keep the pool light off at night to help with bugs. It did need vacuumed but overall a really nice pool. Also, the house is stocked with plenty of dishes. You will need to bring drinking water, Garbage bags and Toilet paper if you’re picky. We did purchase a coffee maker because the one provided is very small. This is a great location next to the Shamrock Nature preserve. It is about 12 minutes to Venice beach depending on traffic. We would love to stay here again. The back sliding door is very hard to close.

Perfect home away from home

Wonderful location for beaches and the Legacy bike trail. Came with bikes and beach stuff as stayed. There were no poolside lounge chairs which we knew so we had to bring our own (we drove down). Also very close to grocery stores and fun fun restaurants. The lawn was in desperate need to mowing which we brought to the mgmt attention and the next day it got mowed The sliding glass door to the pool was very hard to open and close so we had to have mgmt come over and fix that. Drain stop in master bath sink didn’t work and mgmt was going to call a plumber. All in all we would come back here and make sure we do in late March early April again as the pool is not heated. We really enjoyed it here and would recommend

Lovely little home near to all Venice attractions

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this property and we hope to come back again! The house is very well appointed and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. It’s is in a quiet and well kept residential neighbourhood with easy access to all Venice has to offer. Our only slight criticism is that the outdoor area (pool lanai, outdoor furniture, back garden) could use a bit of attention and updating to bring it up to the same standard as the interior. Beyond that, we couldn’t fault it. Thank you for another lovely stay.

The property itself was great ,location, close to beaches, quiet neighborhood. The covering over the pool needs repair and cleaning. The pool could have been cleaner as well. It advertised 2 bikes; however 1 bike had a flat tire and the tire pump was broke. We were told no beach towels so we brought our own and there were beach towels. Not a big deal but we had to fly. The biggest concern was water went out during my shower and remained off approx 4 hours. The property manager did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Still don’t know why the water went out.

We loved the area and the house which was quiet and close to preserves and beaches. Close by are all the stores you would need. I wish there were garbage bags, enough paper towels and that the pool was a heated pool.. Too cold in January. I would return to this house again.

Good quality/price

Location is great, closed to Venice Beach, shamrock park. The house is large, perfect for 4 people. Mattresses were fine. The bathrooms and kitchen are correct. Pool is large and refreshing during the summer. The outside table and chairs were a disappointment for us as the chairs are very rusted, so we didn’t use them. Globally the value of this rental was good for the price.
