Insgesamt gut mit Verbesserungspotential

Das es jetzt einen Backofen in der Wohnung vorhanden ist Das an dem Anreise und Abreisetag die Rezeption durchgängig besetzt ist. Das Preisniveau hat auch im Hinblick auf 2026 eine Schmerzgrenze erreicht.

Wir bedanken uns auch für Ihre Anregungen. Unsere Rezeption ist im Winter täglich von 15:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr besetzt. Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sich die Öffnungszeiten am Vormittag nicht ausgezahlt haben. Außerdem sind wir im Winter täglich von 08:00 bis 20:00 Uhr erreichbar und sehr um die Anliegen unserer Gäste bemüht. Zu den Preisen können wir Ihnen sagen, dass wir uns natürlich an den Preisen unserer Mitbewerber orientieren und auch die Teuerung vor uns nicht Halt macht. Außerdem liegt die Woche in der Sie bei uns waren in der absoluten Hauptsaison. Wir würden uns trotzdem freuen, Sie wieder einmal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und wünschen Ihnen eine gute Zeit! Schöner Aufenthalt ende december 2025

Schöne, saubere und geräumige Wohnung mit viel Stauraum, zwei Badezimmern und einem großen Balkon. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Nur zehn Gehminuten zum Skilift Oberdamuls. Nur zwei Handtücher pro Person und Woche, und ich musste Mitte der Woche nach mehr fragen. Nicht genug Toilettenpapier für eine Woche.

Hallo Robert, Danke für Ihre ehrliche Bewertung. Leider hat nicht alles Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Der fehlende Backofen im Appartement ist uns bekannt, das können wir leider so schnell nicht ändern. Ein Mikrogerät mit Grillfunktion sollte das überbrücken. Danke für den Hinweis, liebe Grüße!
