Parking:
-We have space for only one vehicle inside of Club Ballena.
-Inside Club Ballena, entry of jet skis or boats is not permitted. However, we provide you with the contact information for a boat storage just 1 minute from Club Ballena, right next to our space.

-Club Ballena is 2 hours from Luis Muñoz Marín Airport.
-No visitors and pets Allowed.

What We Provide:
Fresh, clean bed linens and towels: You'll find one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest.
Starter Amenities: We include soap dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge.
Please note: These are starter supplies. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities, so you may wish to stock up for longer stays.

Important Things to Keep in Mind:
NO PETS ALLOWED.
NO VISITORS ALLOWED

Linen & Towel Care:
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose.
Please do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance, and do not use towels to clean up any mess.
Stained towels/linens will be charged.

House Rules:
Smoking or drug use (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and cannabis) inside or near the villa is strictly not allowed. A $200 cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.
We ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night.

Please note that our parking area is strictly reserved for only one standard passenger vehicles. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, trailers, jet skis, and boats are not allowed on the property's parking grounds.

Additionally, only one (1) vehicle is permitted to park in the assigned driveway/parking spot. Any additional vehicles must be parked outside the property on the street.
