New composite dock with seating and fire table at tiki hut to enjoy the serene canal sunsets. Bright & spacious living area and a well stocked kitchen with high ceilings. This four bedroom & 3 full bath family-friendly getaway is furnished with comfort of home in mind.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place towels in bathtub closest to laundry room. Bag up all unused food and collect all trash from all rooms and outdoor areas and throw in trash can located by garage. Turn off fans.
On Sunday pull trash can to curb for Monday pickup. If used spray off kayaks with hose & secure with ropes on rack. Return pool toys/floats to bin. Return remotes to correct rooms & drawer.
Turn off propane tanks for grill and fire pit if used. Lock doors, sliding doors and windows. Secure tiki hut chairs around table with strap as it was found upon arrival. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unregistered guests. No illegal substance or weapons. No illegal activities on premises. No subletting. No commercial photos or video.
No open flame in house which includes candles. Do not rearrange furniture. Boats may be tied to dock. Boat lift not available for guest use.
No diving in pool. Swim at your own risk. Children must have adult supervision around any water on premises. Canal unsafe for swimming.

We originally stayed in this neighborhood in a rental and fell in love with the friendly & peacefulness of this well kept neighborhood. From the royal palm lined street that you find out front of the home to the beautiful view of the canal from the lanai and Tiki hut in the back, we knew this is where we wanted to be.

What makes this property unique

We have worked to create an welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk through the front door. You will find the home has smart features, updated decor, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. The lanai, pool/spa area & tiki hut/dock area are favorites of the house. The tiki hut is a great spot to enjoy canal and sunset views. We believe that communication about the property with our guests is the key to ensure that our guest have a wonderful & memorable stay.
