This charming waterfront villa is located directly at the channel exit to the Caloosahatchee River in the midst of the so-called Yacht Club Area, one of the best and most desirable residential areas of Cape Coral. In just 1 minute away by pleasure craft the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

From all living rooms and also from the open kitchen, you can enjoy views of the large unscreened pool area with Jacuzzi, tropical garden and over the immediately adjacent saltwater canal across even to the Caloosahatchee River. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make the holiday for families up to 6 people comfortable. Of course, the entire living area is fully air conditioned.

Very beautiful home!!! My kids loved fishing right in our backyard. We saw dolphins two of the days we were there and one even decided to swim right by the sea wall for a very up close look!!!!

This home was absolutely perfect, we seen dolphins everyday and even 2 little sharks. Also seen a stingray as well. The home was clean and had everything we needed to have an amazing time. The property owner and property manager were great and replied to my messages instantly. I highly recommend staying at this home in cape coral, you will not regret it.

My wife & I stayed here for the week of Memorial Day, 2026 and loved it. The house was very clean and well maintained. The house is well furnished and comfortable, with all household items needed for our stay. The lanai, pool and backyard are wonderful with incredible views. We saw dolphins on several days, in the late afternoon. The grounds are lovely and also well maintained. I even had a neighbor ask if we owned the house because they were also impressed by the grounds and wanted to know who the landscaping company was. During our stay, I was able to meet the landscapers and provide the neighbors with their business card. I will also mention that Ralph, the property manager was very accommodating and reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer suggestions for restaurants and activities. If you are considering this house for your vacation I highly recommend it. We did not want to leave at the end of our stay and look forward to coming back!

Our week long stay was spectacular. We played golf at two terrific courses, enjoyed the pool with it's unique view and celebrated a birthday with our son. The weather cooperated and gave us many opportunities to swim and just sit back and relax. We found everything that we needed provided by the owner and the manager was very responsive.

The house is as described but there were a few items I would like to mention1 you are charged for electricity. This is new to me and did not see it in the rental agreement. I have rented dozens of homes before and this is a first. You are expected to pay in cash and it cost 78 while keeping the air on 74, no cooking, no laundry, and for 2 people. 2 not all loungers have cushions. The view is fabulous 3 linens and towels are of a dark color and towels are worn. 4 Wi-Fi was good but anytime we streamed a movie at night it went down. But was good all day for working and supported video calls 5 no instructions were left in the home as normal. You did have a local contact to call 6 landscapers come during the day but blow the grass into the pool. Had to contact someone to have pool cleaned. 7 no hot water. Sinks or showers. And guest bath has no water pressure. Was not able to use at all. 8 bring your supplies. Left us not trash bags or dishwashing liquidThis was our first visit and had an enjoyable time. House was good for 2 people. Would not recommend for more.

We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Electricity is charged separately, exactly as clearly stated in our rental agreement. The electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out, ensuring complete transparency regarding consumption and costs. The house offers six pool loungers. As your reservation was for two guests, two loungers were prepared with cushions before your arrival as an additional courtesy. The remaining high-quality cushions are stored in the garage to protect them from the weather and are available for guests to use at any time. The hot water system was fully operational throughout your stay. As in many homes, the water heater is located in the garage, so it may take a short time for hot water to reach the taps and showers. This is a normal characteristic of the plumbing system and not a malfunction. No technical issues with the hot water or water pressure were identified before, during, or after your stay, and no concerns regarding either were reported to us during your visit. Had we been contacted, our local property manager would have been happy to assist immediately. We are committed to providing a well-maintained home and attentive service. We are grateful that this commitment is reflected in our consistently outstanding guest reviews and in the many guests who choose to return to our home year after year.

The whole experience was amazing. This was our second time vacationing in Cape Coral and this home was perfect match for our family. The pool was great along with the views, excellent location to enjoy those Florida sunsets. The home is super clean and kitchen is nicely equipped with all your cooking needs. The home owner Hans was very responsive and accommodating along with the property manager Ralph, from the easy check-in to check-out he was there whenever we needed him. Great Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has a great layout that enabled us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. It was clean and nicely furnished. Great location, convenient to restaurants, stores and only 3 minutes to the Yacht club beach. 🏖️ We enjoyed the house, top quality all new finishes, and furniture. The lanai and pool deck were great, saw dolphins, sunsets and enjoyed boats passing by.

Overdue family vacay

Location was great. We rented a boat and enjoyed getting out to the river quickly. The pool was wonderful whether jumping in after a boat ride, late night swims or watching boats come in and out during the day. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate the Villa Romantic as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see. Home was perfect! Plenty of room. Property was as better as the pictures, very clean throughout and in a great location backing onto the waterway. Modern and recently renovated home with plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen full of all cooking supplies. Internet was strong and super fast. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt as though it was our own. House and pool was perfect. Lovely to barbecue in the evening and sit out under the Tikki hut. Fully equipped with everything you would need. I would recommend any family or individual to this home.

Stunning Villa - simply breathtaking

We had an incredible vacation at this stunning villa in Cape Coral. Situated right on the water with a southern exposure, it offers sunshine and gorgeous views throughout the day. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. From the modern kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, every detail is designed for a perfect stay. The large pool is ideal for swimming and relaxing, making it perfect for families and friends. The communication with the owner was outstanding. We had a very good overall experience with our stay. The house was nice and had everything we needed to be there. Extra towels, floats, chairs, all cooking utensils and so much more! We will definitely be back and will share with our friends and family! However I will be bringing my own pillow next time, they need a little updated and the beds are on the harder side (which some might like). One other thing is, I wish I would’ve understood the electric bill a little better. Even though we didn’t owe much at check out, I feel as though maybe there should be an after a certain amount you owe price, not just you pay the full amount. Thankfully it was just my husband and I and we didn’t use much.The property manger (Ralph) was so nice and helpful, the pool maintenance man (Bob), was so very kind and gave some good recommendations. And Amy’s Boat rental (Bernie and his wife) were a joy to work with! Overall we had a fabulous time!! Thank you thank you!

Family get away

My husband,mom & sister and I spent last week in this beautiful house. We absolutely loved it. The weather wasn’t perfect. We had three days of rain. We were so thankful for this wonderful place. We watched a movie together,read books, and just enjoyed this wonderful home. And when the sun finally returned, we were in the pool,while my husband fished. It was perfect.Just a couple of suggestions,maybe a chair or stool in the two bedrooms,and a full length mirror somewhere in the house. We definitely want to return to this house, and rent a boat when the weather is more cooperative.Ralph was so kind and helpful. Th man who came to clean the pool was also very nice,and helpful. We loved Cape Coral and this house
