You’ll find our holiday rental in the heart of the Eifel region, in the centre of Nettersheim—right on the Eifelsteig trail. Like many other homes along the Urft, Erft, and in the Ahr Valley, it was severely damaged by flooding from the Urft River in the summer of 2021. Over the next two years, it was painstakingly rebuilt with great attention to detail.
Our holiday rental at Bäckesch 17 can accommodate up to 6 people and features a fully furnished and equipped apartment, including a washing machine, parking, and Wi-Fi. 4-bed holiday apartment with shower/toilet for up to 6 people:

Our holiday apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, as well as a second bedroom with a single bed. There is also the option for two additional people to use the sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
The bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower and a washing machine. You’ll find laundry drying facilities outside the apartment.
The holiday rental is also equipped with a large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.
Parking and bicycle storage are available right next to the apartment.
Final cleaning and utilities are included in the price.

On-site costs: For a reservation at the “a Bäckesch 17” holiday rental, we charge €95.00 per day (for 1 or 2 guests), plus €30.00 for each additional guest. The minimum stay is 2 nights. For the third person and beyond: Children up to 5 years of age stay for free. For children aged 6 to 11, we charge €15.00 per night. The final cleaning of the apartment is also included in the price. Please enquire about the current rates for your individual Eifelsteig booking arrangement. After your booking request is confirmed, a deposit of 25% of the total price is due within 5 days. Cancellations made up to 4 weeks before the start of your trip are free of charge. For cancellations after this period, the deposit will be billed or retained. Rescheduling is only possible upon individual arrangement.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
