We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Whistler! The space was perfect for our family and very comfortable for our 2-year-old. It was clean, relaxing, and spacious enough for everyone to feel at home. We would happily stay again on our next visit!

The location of this unit is perfect for visiting Whistler. It's also a very quiet spot with plenty of walkable dining and shopping options. Outpost host communicated well. The space had nice welcoming touches (gift basket). We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot to launch our ski days from. Literally like 20 ft from the gondola. There are some fun bars and restaurants right around the building, and it's a short, maybe 10 minute, walk to the center of Whistler where there is tons of great stuff. I could see some people choosing the proximity to center of town over the proximity to the lift, but for us it was the perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The auto emails for checkin had the wrong door code and the wrong ski locker code. Had to call a couple of times and they answered quickly.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the confusion with the check-in details. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. I’m glad our team was able to assist you quickly, but we understand how frustrating that must have been after arrival. We’re reviewing our automated communications to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother experience in the future.
