Holiday Villa Fabiana - 8 Sleeps - Garden for exclusive use - Air Conditioning - 4.5 Km from the sea - Furnishings of great quality and taste.

It is located about 4.5 km from the sea of Marinella di Sarzana, in Liguria and shortly after the border with Tuscany, in a quiet residential area.

It offers its guests an exclusive outdoor area, with a lawn where children can play or dogs can run. It is possible to park with two cars inside. A dining area with barbecue is available

The location allows you to reach the main tourist destinations in a short time.
The Cinque Terre can be reached in less than an hour, but Lucca, Pisa and Florence are also within the same distance.

Continuing towards the interior of the holiday villa, one is initially surprised by the beauty of the interiors, which are modern, clean and of great taste.

Internally it is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- Large living room with dining area: dining table, sofas, TV and air conditioning.

- Well equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning and dining table.

- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

- Bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet and bidet.

- Two double bedrooms with TV.

- A double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room.

First floor attic: large bedroom, with desk, air conditioning, access to the terrace and private bathroom with shower.

Terrace overlooking the villages of Castelnuovo Magra and Nicola.

Villa Fabiana offers Wifi Internet and air conditioning included in the price.
Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee.

Please note: The owner lives in a room in the basement with independent access from the outside.

Wir haben zu viert Paare ohne Kinder letzte zwei Wochen von September verbracht. Die ausgesuchte Villa Fabiana hat unseren Vorstellungen vollkommen entsprochen. Zumal die Gastgeberin Eleonora war seht freunliche und kommunikativ. Sie hat auf egal welche unsere Anfrage momentan reagiert. Als wichtigste möchte ich betonnen, dass die Beschreibung der Villa hundertprozentig auf der Homapage entsprochen hat. Frisch renoviert, geschmackvolles Design, alle sind neu aufgerüstet, Tüche und Schlafbezüge. Sehr gut finde ich , dass eine Küche separat von Wphnzimmer gebaut wird. Deswegen stöten morgens keine Geräuschte der Kaffeemaschine an anderen Menschen, die im Urlaub ausschlafen wollen. Auserbereicht ist auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Platz für Grillen, Grasbereich und aber zwei Parkplätze sind aber für die guten Fahrer vorgesehen. Bis zum Strand mit Sand muss man mit dem Auto 12-15 Minuten fahren. Parkplätze kan man frei kostenlos überall finden. Wir haben uns den Aufenthalt voll genissen. Der Preis und Qualität ist absolut korrekt. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Sehr komfortables Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr modern, aber auch persönlich eingerichtet, mit vielen Details, die an die früheren Bewohner erinnern. Die Eigentümerin ist äußerst freundlich und großzügig. Wir haben uns - angesichts der hohen Außentemperaturen auch Dank der Klimaanlagen - sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist sehr einladend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die zahlreichen Räume lassen auch bei größeren Gruppen jedem die Möglichkeit, sich bei Bedarf zurückzuziehen. Die Eigentümerin ist eine sehr freundliche und großzügige Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
