VILLA WITH POOL, TERRIFIC VIEW LERICI 5 TERRE AREA

Villainlerici is located in a spectacular and exclusive setting, right on the first hill near city centre Lerici. Its gorgeous pool overlooking the sea, with the best view of the Gulf of the Poets, will make your holiday unforgettable. A 10-minute walk will take you to city centre Lerici and the beach. From the Lerici pier, you can take the ferry to the Cinque Terre. It’s about a 40-minute drive to Portofino, Lucca, and Pisa, and in 1.5 hours by car or train, you’ll reach Florence and the Chianti region of Tuscany. You can relax, swim, hike, bike, and enjoy great food.
The villa consists of 3 independent apartments, each over 100 sq.mt. Each is on a different floor with its own entrance and a private patio offering a spectacular view of the Gulf of the Poets. They are connected by an external staircase within the property.
FIRST FLOOR Guest Apartment (max. 2 people): a very cool loft-style space comprising: 1 master bedroom (A/C, queen-size bed), 1 bathroom (ceiling heights in the first-floor bedroom and bathroom are approximately 2 metres) 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 large living room with satellite TV and 24-hour internet access, and a private patio for al fresco dining.
SECOND FLOOR Guest Apartment (max 4 people): 1 master bedroom with a queen-size four-poster bed and A/C, 1 double bedroom with A/C (can be configured with a queen-size bed or twin beds), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room with satellite TV and 24-hour Wi-Fi, and a private patio for al fresco dining.
The owner lives in the apartment on the third floor. I take care of the pool and the garden, and if you need anything, I’ll be happy to help you organise whatever you’d like to do during your stay here. If you need an airport pickup, just let me know.
Each level can be rented separately (I won’t rent out the other floor if you book only one floor).
THE VILLA CAN ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE, THE BASE PRICE IS FOR 2 PEOPLE, AND IF YOUR GROUP INCLUDES MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE, YOU MUST SELECT THE ADDITIONAL GUESTS TO CALCULATE THE TOTAL PRICE FOR YOUR GROUP. Please check the best option for your stay below:
OPTION 1: If you are a party of two, you will be accommodated in the first-floor apartment.
OPTION 2: If you are a party of 3 or 4, you will be accommodated in the second-floor apartment.
OPTION 3: If you are a party of 5 or 6 people, you will be accommodated on both floors (first and second floor).
OPTION 3: If you are a party of two but would like to stay on the second floor, please book for a minimum of three people.
OPTION 4: If your party consists of fewer than 5 or 6 people but you would like to stay in both guest apartments (first and second floors), please book for a minimum of 5 people.
Children are counted as adults when determining the number of guests in the party. A cot is available for small children; please ask for it.
The pool area is private and for the exclusive use of the guests who booked the property: no additional guests are permitted. The tourist tax (4€ per person per day) must be paid in cash after check-in.
