Host Jeff was very polite and nice. I had a delay coming in and he was extremely understanding. Room was amazing and clean. Very quiet and peaceful. Also everything I needed in room like cooking supplies and microwave. Extra towels and a blanket.

This is just a bedroom in the back of an occupied house without outside access. You literally have to walk through this guys house to get back there. It was very clean and neat, but very awkward and strange. There was no deadbolt, just a doorknob lock, it didn’t feel safe. There was no coffee pot, which was an immediate problem. I left, and did not stay there.

We give every person the directions on how to access the house and the master suite. We gave Ken directions and he seen that we told him to go into living room first and then look to his left and he was fine with that in his response to our message that we sent him with directions. It's the master suite inside the house. The tenants are very quiet and respectful to others and just go about their business. No tenant has a key to the master suite. The door has a lock on it. Many of our clients on other websites have had no problem going in and out of house to the master suite. If customers give us some feedback, we listen to them
