Welcome to the Maple Mid-Mod, a single-level home in downtown Springdale with 2 bedrooms, 2 King beds/1 Futon, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably suited for up to 5 guests.

The kitchen is well stocked for everyday cooking and entertaining, with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and hot water kettle, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses for meals at the dining table. A washer and dryer, iron, and extra linens make longer stays easy.

Outside, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit, with a garden or backyard, outdoor seating, and a BBQ set up for alfresco dining.
