"Rosa", 4-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 3 levels. Modern and cosy furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double sofabed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 bed. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Private entrance, smoke alarm.
