Loved the space. Location was excellent. The amenities stated laundry available. This is not accurate. The host offered to do laundry which was awkward. No soap or shampoo. Charged .50 cents for a cup of coffee. Awkward. I would change the listing to no laundry. Don’t charge for coffee. Increase the room rate by 5 and put soap and shampoo on the room.

Hi Tom, thank you for your review. You're right. We normally have a laundry net for guests to put their laundry in. I've added this to the VRBO site right away. After your stay, I got into the apartment and saw that there was a bottle of liquid soap on the bathroom sink. We didn't state on our site that we provide shampoo. Regarding the charge for coffee tabs, I would like to inform you that it's normal to be charged in an apartment. We are sincerely sorry that you found so many points unpleasant. We wish you all the best Sincerely Thomas Guschl and family
