The accommodation:
The penthouse spans over 90 m², featuring a large master bedroom and a second bedroom equipped with two single box-spring beds.
It features a custom-built kitchen with a large, modern kitchen island, including Miele appliances such as a washing machine, induction cooktop, oven, and much more.
The penthouse features a Mediterranean-style bathroom with oak furniture and a second separate bathroom.
The floor is made of oiled oak parquet, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the room.
There are two large terraces and one smaller one, offering panoramic views of the Austrian and Swiss mountains, as well as the Alpine foothills and Lake Constance. All of this makes this apartment a truly special experience.
The accommodation also features two large tables that seat 6 people, perfect for cosy evenings on the terrace or in the spacious, loft-style living area.
The apartment is wheelchair-accessible via an lift.

Access:
It is a fully self-contained apartment with independent access for up to 6 people.
The apartment has a keypad with a personalised code that will be activated for you for the duration of your stay. Therefore, no keys are required.

Welcome:
If you’re interested, I’d be happy to hand over the keys to you in person. I’d also be happy to give you a few tips to make your stay even more enjoyable.
If I am not there myself, a family member will be happy to welcome you.

Useful information about the area:
After crossing the border, you’ll be just 700 metres from the highway to the accommodation.
Since you can park your car right next to the apartment, you’ll be able to unpack your bags quickly and enjoy that first view of the mountains right away.
Across the street is a supermarket where you’ll find everything you need for your stay.
Once you’re refreshed and stocked up, you can choose whether to walk the 500 metres to the lake and relax at the bathhouse or Kaiserstrand, or perhaps go on a sightseeing tour instead.
There’s a bus stop just 200 metres from the apartment, and the train station is also located right on the lake. This makes trips to Bregenz or the surrounding area easy and hassle-free.
For breakfast, I recommend the Mangold Bakery, just 800 metres from the apartment. And if you’d like to bring back a little something for your loved ones, the farm shop at the Prinz Distillery isn’t far away.

Parking and public transport:
There is a garage parking spot and an outdoor parking spot.
There’s a bus stop 100 metres away that takes you to both Bregenz and the Leiblach Valley.
The train station is located 500 metres away, right on the lake, and takes you to both Bregenz and Lindau Island within 7 minutes.
