Vacation with your dog in Pragsdorf Mecklenb. Lake District

Our lovingly renovated and largely newly furnished bungalow is located right next to the lake in Pragsdorf. The swimming area is a two-minute walk away. There’s also a volleyball court and a ping-pong table there. If you want to go fishing in Pragsdorf or at the lakes in the neighbouring towns, you’ll need two documents: a fishing permit and a (tourist) fishing licence. You can purchase the latter online at
Just 30 metres from the bungalow is a cosy, new playground.

We prefer ARRIVALS on Fridays and Sundays by arrangement starting at 3:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT must be by 11:00 a.m. so that we have enough time to clean and tend to the garden.

The patio is partially covered by a permanent roof and also features an awning. There are two lounge chairs here. A charcoal grill is provided. You’ll find a parking space directly in front of the property. You can also park in the complex’s car park, located about 80 metres away.
The bungalow is located in a small holiday bungalow complex. It’s very quiet here during the week, but things get a little livelier on the weekends. Ideal for unwinding, relaxing, and for nature lovers.
In the garden surrounding the bungalow, there is an apple tree, a sweet cherry tree, a plum tree, and a pear tree. At the entrance stands a dense blackberry hedge, and in the garden beds you’ll find rhubarb, sage, chives, peppermint, and currants. Feel free to help yourself, depending on the season.
For 20 euros, we’ll be happy to provide a wheelbarrow full of firewood for the fire pit on site. Treat yourself to two or even three evenings by the small campfire.

Our bungalow is ideal for couples. The bedroom features a 1.40-meter-wide double bed. The sleeper sofa in the living room is only 1.30 metres wide when extended, so we only rent to families with a maximum of two children between the ages of 2 and 16. All windows can be darkened with exterior blinds, ensuring a very peaceful night’s sleep.

The kitchen features a spacious fridge-freezer combo with freezer compartments for your groceries. It also includes a dishwasher, a ceramic-glass cooktop with an oven, and all sorts of accessories so you can cook and bake delicious meals.

The bungalow is approximately 38 square metres in size. Please do NOT bring suitcases; instead, bring travel bags that you can “hide” under the double bed in the bedroom. There is a small closet and a narrow chest of drawers with six drawers for your clothes.

There is an electric heater in both the bedroom and the living room.

Getting There:
Don’t have a car? There’s a bus stop in town. From there, you can quickly reach the city of Neubrandenburg (Deutsche Bahn) or head towards Woldegk.

Excursions / Attractions:

About 40 km away is the charming town of Stavenhagen, known as “Reuterstadt.” Here you’ll find a heated swimming pool—the Waldbad—and nearby are the 1,000-year-old Ivenacker Oaks, which you can admire at eye level via the treetop trail. In Stargard Castle, 10 kilometres away, there’s a summer toboggan run and a horse farm. In Friedland, 20 kilometres away, there’s a truly beautiful outdoor pool. In Neubrandenburg, just 8 kilometres away, you should definitely visit the Konzertkirche and explore the city wall with its four gates. Go for a swim in Lake Tollense or take a cruise on the passenger ship Mudder Schulten. You can also rent rowing boats and motorboats right here. Ten to 15 minutes away by car, there’s a water-skiing facility at Reitbahnsee. If you’d rather not ski, you can watch from the on-site bistro and have a good laugh. We’d be happy to provide more excursion tips while you’re here.

Pragsdorf is well-connected to the bike path network. Bring your own bikes or let us know if you’d like to rent some.

The final cleaning fee is 40 euros. We charge 10 euros per dog per night. Please let us know in advance if you’re travelling with more than one dog.
