Spontaner Kurztrip
Wir waren zu 3 unterwegs und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Aufteilung mit dem Ehebett im Hauptraum ist klasse, so konnten wir bereits beim Aufstehen aufs Meer schauen.

Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Ein paar kleine Mängel gab es mit dem Wasserhahn der ständig tropft. Ansonsten haben wir eine schöne Woche verbracht auf der Insel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haben wir auf Fehmarn schon besser erlebt
Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, ebenso wie der Ausblick – beides wirklich top. Leider ist die Wohnung selbst stark in die Jahre gekommen und zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Es gibt viele Macken an den Wänden, und einige Möbel sind kurz davor, auseinanderzufallen. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist die Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer, die einen Wackelkontakt hat und verbrannt riecht – definitiv gefährlich.
Im Kinderzimmer stehen zusammengewürfelte Möbel, darunter ein alter Kühlschrank. Es gibt dort auch keine einzige Steckdose, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Die Küche ist dagegen recht schön, und das Badezimmer ist in Ordnung. Allerdings passt die Deko nicht wirklich zum Ostsee-Flair – im Kinderzimmer gibt es ein griechisches Bild und im Wohnzimmer eher karibische Motive. Der maritime Stil, den man für diese Region erwarten würde, fehlt völlig.
Ein großes Problem waren die Hundehaare auf den Betten, Spinnweben an den Wänden und viel Staub auf dem Boden und den Regalen. Nach einem Anruf bei der Agentur zeigte sich die Mitarbeiterin überrascht, bot aber für den nächsten Tag eine Reinigungsfirma an. Allerdings wurde unsere Anfrage nach Rückerstattung der Endreinigungskosten abgelehnt. Das Angebot der Nachreinigung haben wir schließlich abgelehnt, da wir den Tag nicht in einer schmutzigen Wohnung verbringen wollten und unsere Urlaubsplanung nicht an die Reinigungsfirma anpassen konnten, da wir unseren Hund nicht alleine in der Wohnung lassen konnten.
