A nice place

A nice place. You can't use the entire garden and this should be specified since there are photos of this area. It could be cleaner. It's about 1hour to reach the city center by public tramsportation. Overall, a nice place ..

Hier 2 kurze, aber wichtige Korrekturen zur Klarstellung: Punkt 1, in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft stand und steht klar, dass im "Vorgarten" ein Tisch und zwei Bänke für unsere Gäste bereitstehen - jetzt aktuell habe ich wegen der Kritik das noch einmal klarer und deutlicher (Text in der Klammer) beschrieben. Das ist noch unmissverständlicher als zuvor bereits. Punkt 2, die Fahrt von der Ferienwohnung (direkt neben Bus-Haltestelle "Mindelheimer Straße") in das direkte Stadtzentrum ("Marienplatz") dauert nicht 60 Minuten, sondern im Normalfall genau 26 Minuten! Great little gem at the edge of the city

Florian practices old-school hospitality. Instead of a lock-box or a code, he welcomes his guests personally. The apartment is on the second floor of an old building and had everything we needed - including easy access to downtown, green space, and charm. We felt welcomed and comfortable. Florian was super responsive before and during our stay. We had a great time and would love to come again!

Traumhaft gemütliche Wohnung

Vielen Dank nochmal an Florian, der eine Oase geschaffen hat mit viel Geschmack, Kunst und Liebe. Der fürsorglich ist und sich Zeit nimmt auf Fragen einzugehen und zu erklären. Wor haben uns runum wohl gefühlt, empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter!

Tolle Altbau-Wohnung in München

Die Wohnung von Florian ist wirklich cool. Schöne Altbauwohnung mit Dielen. Ruhig gelegen und obwohl sie nicht direkt in der Innenstadt ist, kann man mit den Öffis in ca. 20 Minuten am Marienplatz sein (Bus fährt direkt vor dem Haus). Florian ist hilfsbereit und hat uns alles vor Ort gut erklärt. Sofern wir wieder in München sind, würden wir nochmals bei Ihm übernachten.
