About this property

Spacious 4BR Home · Open Kitchen-Dining · Covered Patio · Sleeps 8

Picture your group spread out across this spacious single-story home, everyone with their own space yet easy to gather. Mornings start with coffee on the large covered patio, looking out over the fenced backyard. By day, the open kitchen, dining, and living area flow together into one bright, connected space — someone's cooking at the island, others are relaxing on the couch, and the kids drift out to the yard. Four comfortable queen bedrooms mean a restful night for up to eight guests, and when you're ready to explore, you're minutes from Firewheel's shops and dining and a short drive into Dallas. It's an easy, roomy place to slow down and enjoy time together.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen bins into the city trash and recycling bins in the garage.
Lock both entry doors — you'll hear the deadbolt turn, since they don't auto-lock — then close the garage using the Home button on the keypad.
Set the thermostat to a moderate temperature, make sure windows are closed, and take all belongings — please check closets and drawers.
