It is clean, freshly painted and new furnishings. It has everything you need to relax, quiet backyard, but walk to gold star chili or deli across the street. Trees block view from road so feels like its tucked away. It has a carport and plenty of parking space, even for work trucks. Washer and dryer were ordered 7/1/26.
