Welcome to our beautiful "Ferienwohnung Goldstadtblick" with 3 bedrooms and a spectacular view.



Pforzheim is the ideal starting point in Baden-Württemberg and is located between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe, surrounded by the Black Forest and hiking trails. Here, the centrally and quietly located apartment on the 6th floor offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The 125 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, all lockable and with access to the balcony. Furthermore, there is a large bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The accommodation can accommodate up to 7 people.



Amenities also include high-speed WiFi, smart TV with cable TV and streaming services, heating, fans, washing machine and dryer. Each room has its own workspace. Baby crib and high chair are available for a fee.

The apartment has 2 large balconies with stunning views over the city or into a quiet park. The icing on the cake is the cozy balcony bed. There is also a playground available.



The accommodation is in a very central location - 5 minutes walk to the city center, 10 minutes walk to the train station. In the area there are shopping, restaurants, bars, cinema, outdoor pool, theater, culture and 3000 m2 in-house park. A parking lot is located on the property as well as free parking on the street. Pets by arrangement. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the 2 balconies.

Eine toll eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel viel Platz

Pros: Die Unterkunft heißt nicht umsonst "Goldstadtblick", denn vom 6.Stock hat man einen schönen Blick. Toll ist auch eine bequeme Lounge auf dem Balkon, auf der man sogar schlafen kann.

Schöne große Wohnung mit einem Doppelbett und mehreren Einzelbetten

Pros: Tolle Ausstattung und schöne große Wohnung. Für Kaffeetrinker: es gibt lediglich eine Kapselmaschine von Tchibo diese war auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Einfacher Checking über ein Schlüsselsafe. Handseife, Toilettenpapier etc. war alles vorhanden. Einige Gewürze waren auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist direkt Stadt nähe, jedoch befindet sich das Objekt an einer Steigung/Gefälle. Der tolle Markt war Mittwoch und Samstag schnell zu erreichen hier sollte man aber gut zu Fuß sein :-). Cons: Die Parksituation vor Ort war teilweise schwierig auf der Straße, zumal wenn man mit 2 PKW's anreist wovon einer ein SUV ist. Da sich direkt am Objekt eine Sackgasse befindet bzw. Privatgelände der Wohnanlage.
