Sehr schönes, komfortables Apartment im Zentrum von Euskirchen. Trotzdem ruhige Lage. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ausbaufähig

Wem Haare im Bad, Staub und allgemein weniger Sauberkeit nicht stören, dem sollte die Ferienwohnung gefallen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läuft ausschließlich über E-Mail auf Englisch, was auch nichts für jeden ist. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber gut und modern ausgestattet

Hallo Max, vielen Dank für Deine Bewertung. Mit Bedauern musste ich dieser entnehmen, dass Du mit dem Aufenthalt nicht voll zufrieden warst. Das Du Haare im Bad, Staub und allgemein weniger Sauberkeit vorgefunden hast, wundert mich, da bei dieser Wohnung vor Deinem Aufenthalt von mir persönlich eine Überprüfung des Housekeeping Teams stattfand und auf den Bildern und der Checkliste keine diesbezüglichen Vermerke zur Nacharbeit vorhanden sind. Dennoch ist es Dein Eindruck, welchen ich nicht schmälern möchte. Jedoch ist meine Verwunderung groß, da die Wohnung gerade einmal zwei Monate in der Vermietung ist und vollständig renoviert und neu möbiliert wurde, sowie nach jedem Gast vollumfänglich gereinigt wird. Schade, dass Du mir kein entsprechendes Feedback während des Aufenthalts gegeben hast, obwohl Du zahlreiche Mails mit genau der Bitte, "wenn was nicht in Ordnung ist, melde Dich gerne" erhalten hast und auch in jeder Mail eine Handynummer zur Kontaktaufnahme vorhanden ist. Grundsätzlich kommuniziere ich in Deutsch, Englisch oder Spanisch mit den Gästen, hängt in der Regel von Einstellungen auf der Plattform ab. Dennoch bin ich Dir für das Feedback dankbar, denn das gibt mir die Möglichkeit unseren Service weiter zu verbessern. Viele Grüße Carlos von cameiroo
