Welcome to our stylishly furnished Wiesenallee holiday rental in Geeste / Dalum in the beautiful Emsland region. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and offers approximately 85 square metres of space for up to 4 people. The chic and bright kitchen is very well equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and other appliances, as well as a comfortable dining set. The living area features a comfortable sofa. One bedroom has a double bed (with a full-length mattress), and the other has a single bed. A cosy south-facing balcony is also part of the apartment. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Geeste / Dalum, in the southern Emsland region. It enjoys a peaceful yet central location. Local amenities are within walking distance. The Geeste Reservoir (a swimming lake) is nearby, about 4 km away. There are plenty of bike paths right outside the front door. Various recreational and sightseeing options are available in the wider area, including Dankern Castle, Bentheim Castle, the Nordhorn Zoo, and Clemenswerth Castle.

Kamer was schoon, geen contact eigenaar gehad, de woning is huisdiervriendelijk, winkels zijn in de buurt. De woning was de eerste dag extreem koud (lang niet verwarmd geweest, het duurde zeer lang eer de kamer/keuken op temperatuur was)Minimale keukenuitrusting ( maar 1 pan, geen stamper; geen kurkentrekker). Verder waren er geen vaatwastabletten, geen pedaalemmerzakjes en grote vuilniszakken, terwijl dat wel in de beschrijving staat.Er is een handdoekenvoorraad, maar minimaal en oud/dun.

Wir hatten über FeWo-direkt eine andere Wohnung gebucht, bekamen aber ohne jede Information eine andere im gleichen Haus zugeteilt. Diese war in einem schlechten Zustand: unsauber, muffige Bettwäsche, verschmutzte Dusche, abgelaufene Lebensmittel (Tee in 2020 und 2021 abgelaufen) sowie kaputte und unbrauchbare Küchenutensilien (die wir angeblich zerstört haben …). Das nur ein Teil. Von einer Ferienwohnung darf man mindestens mehr Sauberkeit und grundlegende Nutzbarkeit erwarten – beides war hier nicht gegeben. Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv so nicht empfehlenswert. Fotos haben wir gemacht, aber der Vermieter soll ja ne Chance bekommen sich zu bessern.

Das Sie sich jetzt in einer, nicht zutreffenden, Bewertung Luft machen halte ich für nicht fair. Ihre Beschreibung entspricht in keinster Weise der Realität. Unsere Wohnungen befinden sich immer in tadellosem und sauberem Zustand, das kann man auch anderen Bewertungen entnehmen. Viele Grüße
