Why they chose this property

When I went through a divorce the charming house was perfect for raising my family. But everyone is now grown and gone and I am ready to share my house

What makes this property unique

This house is within walking distant of so much. Beauty downtown Warren, the Point where the Conowongo and Allegheny rivers meets, playgrounds, the community pool, fabulous restaurants, and stores. And it is not a long drive to go to beautiful Chataqua lake and all that it has to offer. There are many beautiful golf courses in the area, walking and biking trails, beaches and Lake Erie is not far off. So many sights and places to see and use
