Welcome to the “Sonnendeck” apartment in the newly built apartment building, completed in August 2023, in the heart of Haffkrug. A modern apartment awaits you on the 2nd floor, furnished with care and charm and featuring 2 balconies. One faces directly towards the sea, and the other faces west, where you can comfortably enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.

The bright, light-filled living/dining room features a cosy couch with a large flat-screen TV, which opens onto the spacious, furnished balcony with a stunning ocean view.
The kitchen, which is open to the living area, has everything you could want—from breakfast to dinner. It is, of course, equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and an oven round out the amenities.
From the living room, a sliding door leads to the stylish bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed. This room also opens onto the balcony, which offers a stunning view of the Baltic Sea.
The second bedroom, featuring another double box-spring bed, faces west and opens onto the second balcony, which overlooks the well-maintained Haffwiesen spa park—its evening lighting creates a romantic atmosphere. This bedroom features a second TV and a wardrobe.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom includes a toilet and sink, a spacious, walk-in shower, as well as a towel warmer and a makeup mirror.
A parking space is available behind the house. Dogs are allowed upon request!
