The gorgeous Villa Euphrasiana is a recently renovated and tastefully decorated villa, located in the centre of Poreč. Only a short walk away from the villa, you will find the famous Euphrazian Basilica, one of the most beautiful, preserved monuments of early Byzantine art on the Mediterranean. Various local amenities are also within walking distance, including the nearest stunning beach which is only 50m away.



The elegant and above all interesting interior design of the villa creates and especially warm and welcoming atmosphere with an air of luxury. With a living space of 120 m2, Villa Euphrasiana features two spacious bedrooms equipped with double beds. Both bedrooms have a comfortable ensuite bathroom with a shower enclosure. The bathroom of the master bedroom is also equipped with a sauna where guests of the villa can relax and unwind. The ground floor of the villa consists of an elegant and fully equipped kitchen with a dining space and a lovely living room which is perfect for afternoon leisure.



The entire villa features underfloor heating, making it a perfect choice for a holiday all year round. Adding to the luxurious offer of the villa, is a hot tub on the terrace of the first floor which every guest if the house will surely enjoy.

Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme und Begleitung in die Wohnung. Kurzfristige Parkmöglichkeit in Wohnungsnähe zum be- und entladen. Mitten in der Altstadt, aber dennoch, der Lage entsprechend, ruhig. Sehr stilvoll renoviert, besonderes Wohnambiente. Die Küche könnte noch besser mit Geschirr (Eierbecher, Schalen und scharfe Messer) ausgestattet werden, welches wir vor Ort angemerkt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese wunderschöne Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen für 1 Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Die Fotos entsprechen voll und ganz den Gegebenheiten. Die Ausstattung ist modern, zweckmäßig und in top Zustand. Wir haben sowohl die Saune wie auch das Jacuzzi genutzt. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist sehr schön. Der Vermieter hat für uns vorab die Registrierung für den Parkplatz vor der Altstadt durchgeführt. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Petra ist sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
