Dajla

Lovely little house, suits a small family or 4 friends. Tastefully furnished, nice terrace and just a couple of minutes walk to the water. Great beach bar for coffees or a drink 5 minutes walk.

Top holiday house!

We, family of 4 persons from The Netherlands, stayed for 2 weeks. It's clean, well equipped and has got nice details. You can do a lot of activities and there are many places to explore in this area, like Novigrad, Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Trieste, Pula, waterpark Istralandia and rent mountain bikes in Novigrad. For a good meal we can recommend Konoba Mondo in Motovun. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend this property, kind owner and this area without hesitation.

Great getaway

The house in Dajla is really nicely decorated with all amenities available! The surroundings are also beautiful and the beach close by. There are several nice restaurants close by as well as a bakery and a small super market. Communication with the owner was very pleasant and helpful. The only suggestions i would give is having an airconditioning available in the house. Because of the high temperatures (and not a lot of wind) the house was very hot and the ventilators were not enougt to cool the house.

Loved it!

We rented this property for 2 weeks. We are a family of 5 and our Labrador also accompanied us. I cannot really fault the accommodation. The house is exactly as per the photos and description. It is even closer to the beach than we thought it would be - a quick 2 min walk. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The coffee machine is off course a nice bonus :-) Dajla is a nice little village with a few good restaurants within walking distance from the house and also a little market/shop to get some groceries. Larger grocery stores are in Novigrad, a quick 4km drive. The host is very professional and could be reached easily via sms/telephone. He has also put together a nice booklet with recommended day trips, restaurants and bars. Wish we had stayed a week longer :-)

The property is well presented and clean. Communication with the owner was efficient. A very short walk to the water front - or you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.We drove to Piran one evening for dinner - that is worth a visit.

We, two people, were there for the first three weeks of May.The house is very beautiful with lots of style and small details renovated. It is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Theresa and the garden have a private atmosphere and are quiet (at this time of year) and are similar to a beautiful "botanical garden" with the smell of the sea, pine trees and birds singing. The sea is very close, the water temperature was 18-19 C and we swam every day.If you like sports, you can run, hike, and cycle near the sea and in the hinterland. We did a lot of nice bike tours between 25 and 95 km/day.You must visit beautiful Grožnjan and Motovun using “Parenzana” from Buje (16 km away from the house)”.It was a very nice, relaxing and at the same time active vacation.
