Villa Zrinchi is located in a small village Murvica, near the city of Zadar. This extremely beautiful villa will delight you at first sight and give you a dream holiday. Murvica is a great location for guests looking for a peaceful holiday and is rich in agriculture and olive groves. Also, the location is great due to the fact that you are so close to the city at the same time, and yet far enough to spend your dream holiday in complete privacy and silence!



Villa Zrinchi was built in 2022 in a contemporary style, you will be delighted by its beautifully decorated interior and luxurious exterior. It provides guests with 290 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 800 m2. It is 8 km away from the nearest sea and beach, and there are also restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6. The villa consists of the ground floor and upper floor and has underfloor heating/cooling.



On the ground floor, there is a living room consisting of a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and TV. Near the living room is a modern kitchen where you will prepare meals for all household members, and you will try them in the dining room at a table with 8 seats. Villa Zrinchi offers 4 bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor, and contains a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there are also two separate toilets and a laundry room where there is a washing machine and iron.



Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with one shower and two bathtubs. Upstairs you can enjoy on the balcony sipping morning coffee on two deck chairs.



If children come on holiday together with you, you can also use a feeder and a cot.



Look for pleasant refreshment on the outdoor terrace in the heated pool of 46 m2, next to which there are 5 sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. You can try delicious fish or meat dishes on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. There is also a covered outdoor dining table, and next to the barbecue there is a bar with 3 bar seats.



The courtyard of Villa Zrinchi is fully fenced and contains a hammock, a slide, a ball, and a swing for children. There is also badminton and a PlayStation, and adults can play table tennis, darts, or table football.



In the yard, there are 3 private parking spaces, and outside it, there is another space. The villa also has a garage.



The city of Zadar, from which Villa Zrinchi is only 5 km away, is an open-air museum. Here are exhibited some of the most beautiful monuments of architecture and cultural heritage, and its city walls are the ancient guardians of this picturesque city, which is rightly included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Take a walk along the most famous street in Zadar, Kalelarga, visit the church of St. Donat or St. Stošije, and take a picture of the Greeting to the Sun and the Sea Organ, installations that delight a large number of tourists every year.
