Schönes Haus am Meer

Das Haus liegt super am Meer. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter gut.Ein Munus ist die Kaution die beim Buchen nicht erwähnt wurde und die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich. 2 Große Zimmer 2 Kleine u d zwei Zimmer mit Stock bzw Klappbetten die eigentlich nur als Abstellkammer gewertet werden können. Für 2 bis drei Familien ok. Für eine Reisegruppe doof. Parkplätze in der nähe.

Das Haus war super am Wasser gelegen. Hochstuhl war leider kaputt und auch die Wohnung war nicht ganz sauber. Vor allem auch das Geschirr hatte noch Spuren von Essenresten. Sonst gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Schneller Erreichbarkeit von Geschäften vom Haus aus. Parkplätze vorhanden. Angenehme Terrase.

Haus am Meer

Seid über 20 Jahren ist Kroatien unser Urlaubsland. Wir dachten schon oft, dass beste Haus gehabt zu haben. Doch in diesem Jahr war es wirklich das Beste! Das Haus besticht mit seiner Lage am Meer. Große Terrasse, beschattet, 3 m Weg dazwischen bis zum Wasser. Bäckerstand, Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eisstand vor der Haustür! Danke Kresimir! Wir kommen wieder! Klaus und Familie

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben die Herbstferien in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Wir hatten dort alles was wir brauchten. Es war eine tolle Zeit. Das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Baden im glasklaren Wasser. Entspannung auf dem Steg. Sonne und Wärme pur. Abends klarer Sternenhimmel. Wunderbare Ausflugsmöglichkeiten... Supermärkte dirket im Ort usw. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen. Und der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir freuen uns und sind dankbar für diese herrliche Zeit.

Toller familien urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Familien urlaub mit 9 Erwachsenen, einem 5 jährigen & einem 10 monate alten kleinkind. Leider hat es das wetter nicht allzugut mit uns gemeint. Es wurde durchweg regen gemeldet allerdings wurden wir im Tal liegend oft verschont. Das Haus war perfekte auch die kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Alle Menschen sehr freundlich. Ich würde ein Mietwagen empfehlen wenn man mit dem Flugzeug anreist. Ansonsten hat man Wasser direkt vor der Tür und auch im Ort genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen !

sehr schöne Lage mit fantastischem Blick

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Befindet sich offensichtlich gerade in der "Stück für Stück" Sanierung. 2 von 4 Bädern waren bereits neu gemacht, die anderen waren aber auch in Ordnung. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch - wir haben sogar Wale und Delfine gesehen...

Toller Urlaub Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Touren/Aktivitäten oder einfach nur am Wasser relaxen

Objekt war supi , wie beschrieben...genau am Wasser, alles vorhanden was braucht, genug Platz für alle, Balkon mit tollem Ausblick, Terasse zum Grillen und drei Schritte ins Wasser, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (obwohl wir Großeinkäufe in Zadar erledigt haben bei Kaufland , mehr Auswahl und günstiger), dort konnte man am Hafen auch allerlei Ausflüge buchen ( günstiger wie Internetplattformen) , es war sehr warm aber deswegen waren wir hier :-) sich über die Hitze zu beschweren wäre falsch , einige von uns haben sich nachts raus gelegt :-) mega schön hier , der Ort ist toll , nicht zu überlaufen , Wassersofa, Hüpfburg , jet Ski , Bungie Jumping von Brücke, Laden mit Luftmatratzen (die man gleich aufgepustet kriegt )...für alle was dabei...Kontakt mit Vermieter lief ohne Probleme ...für selbstverpflegung perfekt , diverse Restaurants mit richtig gutem Essen vor der Tür

Sehr netter Vermieter

Obwohl uns das Novigrader Meer nicht so gut gefallen hat, da man dort nicht so gut schnorcheln kann und die Bora leider ordentlich gefegt hat ist dies sicher nicht dem Mietobjekt zuzurechnen. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge zu den Plitvicer Seen U.Ä. eignet sich das Objekt sehr gut.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Apartment liegt perfekt und ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 8 Personen und hatten genug Platz. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser ideal. Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen. Einfach ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus war groß genug, sogar für unsere Truppe mit 10 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern. Einziger Nachteil: Die Terrasse ist nur über den vorderen Haupteingang begehbar und ab 23 Uhr musste man leise sein, da der Bruder von Kresimir im gleichen Haus wohnt. Der Kresimir ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Reise drei Familien mit Kindern

Wir haben das Haus für drei Familien mit Kindern gebucht und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Viele Zimmer, voll ausgestatte Küche und direkte Strandlage, eine große wunderschöne Terrasse waren perfekt. Vermieter war sehr freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen, hat uns bei jeder Kleinigkeit geholfen. Wir würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen und sehr gerne selbst wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Herr Nekic.

Large groups

We stayed five families (10 adults, 8 children) in this nice villa (all four apartments) for one week. Perfektly situated cloose to the sea and didn’t feel crowded allthough we were 18 people! Highly recommended for large groups of family or friends.
