On the ground floor of the semi-detached home at Summerdiek 9, you’ll find a spacious, comfortably furnished living room with an open-concept kitchen.
The living room features a comfortable sofa set, high-quality TV and entertainment electronics, and an elegant wood-burning stove, inviting you to relax and enjoy your time. From there, the patio door leads to the large, southwest-facing terrace, which is fully furnished and paved with elegant black clinker bricks.
The kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, induction cooktop, and microwave.
The high-quality and extensive selection of dishes, silverware, and accessories leaves nothing to be desired. In the kitchen area, you’ll find a raised counter with additional seating.
The entryway features a mirror and a coat rack; there is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a toilet and a walk-in shower.
The upper floor features two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable 180x200 cm box-spring double bed, including a topper. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe.
One bedroom features a flat-screen TV. The large bathroom features a sauna, a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer, a bathroom scale, and an Alexa device. Additionally, you’ll find an electronic towel warmer. All bathrooms have translucent privacy pleated blinds.
Facing south, you’ll also find the inviting, spacious balcony of Summerdiek 9 on the upper floor. Furthermore, the living room and bedrooms have windows fitted with fly screens. Another living area with a sleeper sofa is located in the attic; this one does not have fly screens. For the apartments at Summerdiek 9, 10, and 11, a shared, separate bicycle shelter is available in the summer. Parking spaces are therefore limited.
In winter, the garden furniture is stored there.
