Set among towering Ponderosa pines in a quiet neighborhood, this home blends thoughtful design, flexible living spaces, and easy access to the outdoors. The property features a private, fully fenced pickleball court with premium Cushion X surface and courtside turf lounge, creating a true on-site experience for players of all levels. After a day of activity, unwind around the outdoor fire pit, grill on the barbecue, or relax in the home’s inviting indoor spaces. Inside, the home is designed for both connection and privacy. The main living area includes a fully equipped chef’s kitchen and open gathering space ideal for entertaining. The home comfortably sleeps 8 and includes one primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathrooms, a loft with one queen and two twin beds, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed. Located just a five-minute walk to Honeysuckle Beach, where guests have access to a public boat launch, dock fishing, and a full range of lake activities including boating, paddleboarding, and swimming. Guests may bring their own watercraft, and local rental vendors are available nearby. Beach towels are provided. Within minutes, you’ll find Avondale Golf Course, restaurants, and grocery stores, making this an ideal base for both relaxation and recreation. Please note this is a non-smoking property. Due to the loft design and open layout, the home is not suitable for children under 13. Pets are not permitted. Please Note: Ponderosa Pickle Ranch is offered in two seasonal configurations. This listing is for the Sleeps 8 option, available October through April. From May through September, the property is also available as a Sleeps 10 rental that includes a private studio suite with king bed and en suite full bathroom.
