About this property

Apartment near Berlin and Tropical Island.

The Sunny holiday rental features 1 bedroom with two single beds, as well as a sleeping/living area with 2 additional single beds. We deliberately chose not to include a (sleeper) couch in order to enhance sleeping comfort for all guests. The two beds can be pushed together.
The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave. Kitchen utensils are provided. A fridge-freezer combo and a dishwasher are available. A grill is available for use.

The garden features a pool and a covered patio. For the “little ones,” there’s a sandpit with a playhouse to explore.
