Sehr süße und ruhige Wohngegend. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und sämtliches ist fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Deich und Meer sind es nur vier Minuten. Waschmaschinenraum und Dusch bedürfen einer Modernisierung. Schön war ein kleines Starterset in der Wohnung vorzufinden.
