From this centrally located accommodation, you can quickly and easily reach all the major attractions while still enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Nearby, you’ll find the Fürther Mare thermal baths for relaxing, and the Fürth City Forest for lovely walks. If you’re travelling with children, you might enjoy visiting the wild boars in the city forest, taking a trip to the nearby Playmobil Land, or visiting Nuremberg Castle. You’ll find various travel guides in the house to help plan your outings.
The spacious layout of the house also makes it a great place to relax. There’s plenty of room for everyone here, and you can easily find a quiet spot to unwind.

The accommodation features an open, cosy living room with a TV and a large dining area. You can also sit comfortably on the terrace under the glass roof with an electric awning—protected from the elements and with pleasant lighting even after dark—even on cooler days. The kitchen offers everything you need and much more.

On the ground floor, there is also an additional half-bath, a coat closet, and a bedroom with a double bed, TV, an adjoining walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower with rain showerhead, toilet, and sink. The bedroom and bathroom also provide direct access to the terrace.

The upper floor features four rooms, three of which have a single bed (90 x 200 cm), and one room with a bed (140 x 200 cm). All rooms open directly onto a balcony or a larger terrace. Three rooms have their own TV. Another bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet is available.

In the basement, there are two additional rooms, one with a 90 x 200 cm single bed and the other with a 100 x 200 cm single bed, which share a small bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. There is also another living area here.

The entire house, including the basement, is heated by underfloor heating. Additionally, all three showers are walk-in. All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with electric blinds that provide excellent light blocking.

Some bedrooms feature a desk as well as an additional LAN connection.
The house is ideal for business travellers, trade show attendees, and families, as it features many single bedrooms and several bathrooms.
